"Celebration of Thanks" Community Potluck to Honor "Deer Fire" Personnel (10/15/2008)
St. Helena Hospital and Foothills Adventist Elementary School are co-sponsoring a "Celebration of Thanks" community potluck on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008 to honor the many people and agencies who fought the Deer Fire and helped save the Deer Park community from devastation.

"When all 20 almonds are in my right pocket, I know I've walked and jogged five miles," she said. "On my way home I eat the almonds as a healthy snack."
