Every movement and action of your body relies on adequate oxygen supplied by the air
you breathe. If a chronic breathing problem limits your ability to get enough air, it may
leave you feeling winded, fatigued and cheated out of lifes enjoyments.
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at St. Helena Hospital can help.
Our program is under the direction of Hossein Razavi, MD, FCCP, Stanford
University trained pulmonolgist, who is also the medical director of the St.
Helena Hospital Sleep Disorders Center. Dr. Razavi and his skilled and Center.
Dr. Razavi received his medical degree from the National University of Iran
Medical School and completed pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine
fellowships at Stanford University.
With our assistance, you will learn to breathe more easily. We will teach you how to
build your strength and endurance through safe exercise, and how to conserve your energy
by simplifying daily tasks. In essence, we help you to optimize your quality of life and
total health. We want each breath you take to be part of a richer, more satisfying life
experience.
Program Highlights:
An individualized program of breathing
retraining exercises.

Flexible
program options: a non-residential 8-12 week program that meets 4 times a
